+ Demand Planning Analyst

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Demand Planning Analyst. This individual is accountable to develop accurate and timely forecasts in order to support Global Manufacturing and Logistics, Sales and the overall service level to our clients. You will provide item level forecasts to ensure alignment with business direction and consistency with market trends and identify line and global level statistical forecasts. In addition, you will communicate demand forecast plans and their assumptions to Senior Management, the Global Manufacturing and Logistics Manager and the Planning Team. You will gather and incorporate all sources of market intelligence pertaining to customer activity to produce the best possible operational forecast, as well as update and monitor key performance indicators and diagnostics to ensure continual forecast improvement efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales trends and generate a monthly statistical and forecast by sku and shipping location throughout the U.S. and Canada, extending 12 months into the future.
- Produce monthly forecast vs. actual metrics by sku, product line, and distribution center.
- Present forecast to Planning Team as well as to Senior and Upper Management.
- Focus on accuracy of demand plan for new items, based on accurate analysis of distribution builds and velocity expectations.
- Analyze historical sales data and future plans while working cross-functionality to achieve continuous improvement in the accuracy of demand forecasts. Using projected demand plans, work towards continuous improvement of forecast accuracy and improve overall demand plan.
- Drive the implementation of the SOP process.
- Complete post-promotion evaluation for each promotion or major event.
- Generate and publish to key stakeholders monthly demand forecasts, including clear identification of assumptions, highlighting significant changes since release of previous report.
- Analyze historical sales trends and incorporate knowledge of future sales and marketing activities.
- Work cross functionally toward continuous improvement of forecast accuracy and improve the error rate.
- Identify slow moving or aged products and work with Sales to develop campaigns to increase velocity.
Qualifications:
- Prior demand planning experience will be given preference
- Background and education in quantitative analysis, mathematics, statistics and or operational research
- Knowledge and hands on use of statistical modeling and mathematical techniques
- Excellent Excel skills, including the use of Pivot Tables, Lookups and Macros
- Knowledge and use of ERP systems, planning systems, and forecasting systems
- Prior planning background, and knowledge/background in APICS
- Driven individual with a high attention to detail and the passion to succeed

- Providing assistance and guidance to clients from Canada and the US over the telephone and via email

+ Accounts Payable Supervisor
We are looking for a motivated and meticulous Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our Finance team. As the successful candidate you will be a self-starter who thrives in a busy, self-directed environment and can work well with tight deadlines.
Your job duties will include:
- Coaching managers on applying human resource policies and procedures to maintain a framework of HR fairness; building a leadership style that supports our core values and team member relations.
- Overseeing all company payments and expenditures
- Processing invoices, expenses, reports, and payments
- Verifying expenses and invoices are accurately categorized and payment terms of invoices are adhered to
- Reconciling invoices, petty cash, credit cards, prepaid, advanced, deposit and AP accounts
- Resolving and logging any discrepancies
- Handling inquiries regarding the status of payments
- Entering and processing information into MAS
- Assisting the Finance team as requested
You will have:
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Proficiency with MS Office – particularly Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of Sage (MAS) or other accounting software
- Two to three years of experience in full cycle Accounting
- Post-secondary education in accounting
- Working towards a CGA/CMA/CA designation is an asset
- Excellent time management and communication skills

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to provide practical, consistent, and proactive support, direction and advice to other department managers on HR policies, procedures, best practice, and international legislation to maximize the strategic use of human resources. He/she also maintains a variety of functional areas such as compensation, benefits, disability management, health and safety, policies and procedures, staffing, and training and development.
Experience in these key components is required:
- Coaching managers on applying human resource policies and procedures to maintain a framework of HR fairness; building a leadership style that supports our core values and team member relations.
- Acting as a change agent to effectively carry out implementation of new initiatives and programs
- Reviews/approves all outgoing employment contracts, termination and employment change letters for company policy/legal compliance
- Represents the company at personnel-related hearings and investigations
- Oversees the design and maintenance of the new hire orientation session and on-board training
- Analyzes training needs of the company to design team member development at all levels of the company
- Oversees the collection and storage of data and statistical publications and surveys to identify industry trends
- Advises the Chief Operating Officer on the company compensation scale and provides recommendations for compensation increases
- Conducts meetings with brokerage agents and negotiates renewal contracts and insurance premiums. Provides communication to staff regarding benefits changes/updates.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge
The incumbent must possess:
- Solid experience in MS Office; advanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel. Experience with HRIS systems

Knowledge/Skills/Experience
The incumbent must possess:
- Demonstrated experience with financial reporting and budgeting within a relatively complex operating environment.
- A CA, CGA or CMA designation.
- Ten or more years of financial accounting management experience
- Experience with Canadian private entity reporting and employee tax
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent Excel skills: pivot tables, sorting, and filtering
