The Samurai contains 2 different motors, both are American made by Baldor.
1/2 HP - gear drive @ 7.4 amps
1/3 HP gear drive @ 6.2 amps

The Samurai vacuum unit is duel voltage and comes pre-wired with a 220 volt plug.
220 volt @ 9 amps
110 volt @ 18 amps

• Samurai has an internal adjusting system allowing you to load the drums from either side.
