This promotion (herein referred to as the "Global Grow-Eco promo") offered by Advanced Nutrients is subject to the following terms and conditions and all participants acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. In addition to these terms and conditions, please ensure that you familiarize yourself with the specific conditions applicable to the promotion if you decide to participate.
1] Global Grow-Eco promo is available to all eligible secondary, college and university students registered or located in the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.
Promotion Duration:
This offer commences at September 8, 2008 and all links, messages and posts must be made via the web.
Promotion Eligibility:
This offer is good only to eligible students who possess a valid email address at an educational institution geographically located in continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. This offer is non-transferable. The following conditions serve to define student eligibility for the Promotion:
a) the individual must possess a valid email address at an educational institution which contains the domain suffix .edu and/or has a college or university domain.

Promotion Description:
It’s simple and easy – all you have to do is write one article and 5 small posts to complete the promotional requirements. Eligible students must write at least 1 original article (approx 300-400 words) on the why they believe hydroponics is important in helping the world to create a cleaner and more sustainable future for everyone. The remaining 5 items may consist of postings of information, links or messages on the positive aspects of hydroponics in forums, boards and social networking areas of their school, college or university website.
In order to fully qualify to receive the $20 Pizza Hut® Card, the articles, links, or messages must contain the anchor text:

The link www.advancednutrients.com/artcats.php?catID=1 may also the serve as the students' resource for information and news on the benefits of hydroponics.
3] Once the student's has completed his/her requirements, he/she must send in an email with the hyperlinks to the posted articles, information, links or messages to pizza@advancednutrients.com for verification and confirmation. The Pizza Hut® Card will then be available to the student via mail or the web.
Limitations:
Each eligible student is limited to one $20 Pizza Hut® Card per valid e-mail address.
Rejection, refusal and cancellation:
Advanced Nutrients reserves the right to cancel and/or to reject redemption of Global Grow-Eco promo if Advanced Nutrients reasonably believes that promotion is being used unlawfully or illegally and you agree that you will have no claim against us in respect of any such cancellation or rejection.
If Advanced Nutrients refuses an entry submitted as part of the Global Grow-Eco promo for any reason Advanced Nutrients will advise of the reasons for doing so without any further notification.
Limitation of liability:
Advanced Nutrients shall not be liable for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of the Global Grow-Eco promo.
